Estimator - NW Kent

My client, a top main contractor is seeking a first-rate Estimator to join their team in Bromley, Kent.

The role: You will be involved in a wide range of construction projects, as my client has a huge portfolio of work. Due to an influx of Commercial and refurbishment projects this is where your initial focus will be, with project values ranging between £1 million and £20 million.

The Client: My client has been established in the construction industry for well over 50 years, and are part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-national group. This means they can offer unrivalled job security, as well as unlimited options and opportunities within the company.

Remuneration:
Negotiable - Between £30,000 & £50,000 per annum
Car / Car allowance
Pension Scheme
Health Care

Requirements:
>6-8 Years Estimating experience
>Main contractor background
>Minimum qualification of a HND
>Construction experience - ideally commercial and refurbishment
