My client is looking to increase their Lettings team and are actively looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
Job summary
Carrying out the day-to-day functions of lettings either independently or in conjunction with other Letting Agents.
Main responsibilities
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Assistant Lettings Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
• Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties.
• Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system.
• Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
The ideal applicant must have a minimum of one years solid lettings experience in the UK.
* ARLA qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Must have excellent communications skills in English (verbal & written).
• Computer Proficient: MS Office (especially Word & Outlook) and Internet.
• Full Driving License.
