Fund Controller, International Real Estate

Our client focuses in the European Real Estate Investment markets and continues to grow. As part of this we have been asked to provide an experienced Fund Controller. The Fund Controller is responsible for the financial management of the fund, including monitoring both financial performance and financial risk and will take charge of financial, tax, corporate and administrative aspects of the fund with a focus on structuring and distributions as well as acting as a key interface with the fund Board and fund investors. Additionally the role will co-ordinate due diligence and contribute to the transaction and financing process. To be considered you will be a graduate accountant with solid previous fund experience across financial management and commercial and corporate transactions of the whole investment life cycle.
