Location: South East

Our client is a leading privately owned Construction company who specialize in Social Housing, Regeneration, Housing PFI and Property Development. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to appoint a Head of Business Development to be based in the South East.

Reporting to the Strategic relations Director, the role will include:
• Operational responsibility for the Business Development team
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Developing new relationships with potential clients and overseeing submissions at ppq and tender stage
• Identifying and proposing strategies to achieve successful project awards
• Participating in the tender selection process
• Liaising with Marketing department
• Managing and maintaining the Company’s customer relationship management database
• Identifying areas where the Company could improve its service and propose strategies for said improvements
• Promoting and demonstrating the Company’s commitment to Partnering with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Selecting and managing the Business Development team
• Present to the Board
