Salary: Band 8c
This new post has been created as part of the Trust's current review of its facilities and estates structure. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have lead responsibility for the management of the Trust's estate and facilities support services.
You will provide strategic direction for facilities services and policy development including implementation of statutory requirements and risk management arrangements. You will provide effective leadership, specialist professional advice, with proven ability in project management and contractual processes.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of further specialist postgraduate study. You should hold chartered
engineer status or be working towards membership at this level for one or more of the following institutions; IHEEM, CIOB, RICS, RIBA,
EEG, MBIFM, CIBSE, as well as significant experience at a senior managerial level within an NHS or other complex organisation.
