A London based property developer with £3.5bn assets under management across commercial offices and mixed use.

They are seeking an Asset Manager to join a team of 8 managing a large commercial office property portflio in the South East.

The role will encompass all aspects of asset management including:

- asset enhancement
- leasing strategy
- acquisitions / disposals
- seeking investment / development opportunities
- overseeing external agents

The role will be paying around the £40k mark base plus benefits and bonus.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS with a couple of years post qualification experience in a similar role.

You will have experience implementing important and complex transactions for large Global Corporates. This will have involved working across the major EMEA markets, with additional experience of the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Residential Facilities Manager

Based in Baker Street, London, the successful candidate will provide a range of Facilities Management related skills and activities across a portfolio of high class residential properties.

With experience in high end portfolios, the ideal candidate will be extremely customer-focused and have excellent communication skills. They will manage and monitor all Hard and Soft services delivered on the sites, whilst liaising with suppliers, clients, tenants and on site staff, overseeing all projects and works carried out.

The new Facilities Manager will have least 3 years experience in Facilities Management with a full understanding of Managing Agent responsibilities. They must have experience of working on multiple sites, with a good knowledge of Health and Safety and related topics preferably with a qualification to NE-BOSH general certificate standard.

Property Manager North West London

Property Manager Role within North London's most celebrated estate agency.

The candidate if successful will be expected to manage a portfolio between 100-200 properties.

The key tasks involved will include updating both Landlord and Tenants on daily maintenance queries and emergencies, obtaining landlord's approval for contractors to carry out works. Obtaining contractors estimates and overseeing any redecoration/refurbishment works on behalf of the Landlord.

Other key roles will include, managing new Tenancies for managed properties - ensure Property Management Form and T&C's have been completed, signed by landlord and documents are saved onto the system.

This role will involve a large amount of organisation and good use of time management, the candidate will need to be highly punctual, very organised with impressive communication and people skills. A full driving licence is required but candidates will not be expected to provide own car as inspections are carried out on public transport.

We are currently looking for Residential Asset Managers across London, for temporary contracts to start immediately.
Previous residential asset management experience is essential. Some of the positions will require specific experience of Rent Act protected properties, so an understanding or experience of this would also be a requirement.
You will take responsibility for all aspects of the management of a portfolio of residential properties, including
