&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;The role will entail:
&lt;br /&gt;*	Prepare variance analysis on service charge, bad debts, managed ops and non recoverables for portfolio consult the business and resolve where applicable 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Attend site / tenant visits to liaise with tenants on any issues and go through with estate team any issues 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Ensure all service charge costs and income correctly accounted for including deferrals, prepayments and accruals 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Ensure rent billed in a timely fashion 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Complete service charge reconciliations 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Ensure bad debts are correctly accounted for 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Ensure service charge and direct recoverables demands are billed in a timely manner. Issue monthly reports to estate team - transaction listings, year to date P&amp;L actual vs budget 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Answer internal and external queries on your portfolio including client meeting where necessary 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Prepare budgets for your portfolio 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Liaise with lawyers and business on property sales and acquisition 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Preparation of completion statements on sale or surrender 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Review of outstanding purchase order commitments 
&lt;br /&gt;*	Design of service charge development models 
&lt;br /&gt;The successful candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified as well as having: excellent excel skills, an eye for detail an ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
