Previous budget and subcontractor management experience are essential for this role, as is knowledge of space planning and working in a customer orientated environment.

As the result of recent expansion of their integrated services business, they are now seeking an additional Business Development Manager to work with the UK Sales Director.&lt;br /&gt;The key day to day duties will include;&lt;br /&gt;·Developing a customer database for clients to provide both hard and soft services for set area.&lt;br /&gt;·Work with bid team in costing solutions for clients within estimating guidelines.&lt;br /&gt;·Work with sub contractors to ensure value for money for additional services&lt;br /&gt;·Work to set KPI’s and provide monthly reports to senior management&lt;br /&gt;·Attending presentations and meetings with prospective clients &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will have strong BD experience within an FM provider and ideally have knowledge of both hard and soft services. Good experience of working to set targets is essential, as is good estimating knowledge.
