Development Manager- Regeneration - Ealing
We’re looking for two influential, shrewd and highly motivated Development Managers, internally referred to as Regeneration Managers. In this role you will lead and inspire a team as they drive the delivery of a portfolio of development schemes, comprising both private sale and affordable homes.

Utilising your high-level project management and development scheme experience, you will expertly oversee the activities of the Project Team, ensuring the success of the build and sales programmes as you bring in schemes within the approved budget, timescales, design and specification. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and for ensuring that we generate profit from our private sales activities to sustain our affordable homes programme.
This will require you to define, manage and anticipate risks, and work closely with our sales, design and customer teams to produce the best quality and most successful developments possible. You’ll also work with Finance and our Land team on scheme appraisals.
To succeed in the role of Regeneration Manager, you will have proven relevant experience, significant commercial awareness and strong communication skills. You will have the demonstrable ability to critique and modify financial appraisals; to manage costs, quality, timescales and risk; to anticipate problems and recognise opportunities; and to take the initiative to implement required actions.
You’ll need a background leading and motivating teams within a housebuilding or other development business. Impressive presentation, report-writing and IT skills relevant to the delivery of development schemes are essential; as is a commitment to achieving impeccable performance and professionalism. A RICS, RTPI or similar qualification is ideal but not essential.
This role requires a basic DBS.
