Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Operative with exceptional communication skills to grow with an established luxury residential developer.

Working closely with both the Customer Service and Construction teams the person in this role will have an in-depth understanding of both the overall build and maintenance process for majority of properties.

Customer Service Operative - Luxury New Build Developer

This role will report into the Customer Service Manager, a Manager of extensive experience within the residential property sector and a high regard for excellent customer service.

The position itself will entail working mostly on a reactive maintenance basis putting right any small or sometimes larger issues in customer's homes. Due to the exceptionally high standard of build there should not be many major issues with their properties but sometimes there can be problems.

On a day to day basis you will be carrying out duties including painting & decorating, mast-icing, hanging (re-hanging) doors, patch plastering and tiling for example. There will also be times when your services will be called upon by the construction team due to the number of units coming through to completion at busy times of the year.

The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse and satisfy high net worth customers in tricky situations.

You will have excellent technical skills with some high-end residential developer experience a must. References will be taken for this role as they are adamant the high-level finish they have built their business on must be maintained.
