Assistant Facilities Manager
Our client is a well known and highly reputable managing agent that is currently searching for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support a senior member of their facilities team in the running of circa 200,000 sq ft of Commercial units. In this position you will be ensuring all outsourced hard and soft services are carried out to the highest of standards by your chosen contractors. Experience of service charge budgets is highly desirable but not essential, our client requires an individual who has key management experience of people and services, preferably on sites where they are physically present. You must be an excellent communicator who can get the best out of the chosen service providers whilst liaising with the various tenants effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising Assistant FM.
