Assistant Director, Property
We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking individual to join our public-sector client at an exciting time of growth. With direct responsibility for property, investments and contract management and required to provide operational leadership, the Assistant Director – Property role is pivotal to our clients’ strategy to strengthen the leadership team.
You’ll have a team of your own Asset Managers to lead and inspire and will work externally with a wide network of contacts from both the public and private sectors, nationally and locally. A key objective will be to lead our clients’ approach to identifying innovative investment opportunities to deliver economic and social benefits. Value for money will be delivered from careful asset management of the property asset portfolios whilst ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance are all adhered to. Working with a mixed commercial portfolio including industrial, offices and retail as well development projects, an outstanding property service will be provided to internal and external customers.
We would love to speak to you if you’re an aspirational Senior Development Surveyor or Asset Manager currently working within the private sector with proven team management experience. You’ll have fresh ideas to contribute and you’ll be engaging; someone who can go out and develop partnerships with residents, communities and other stakeholders. You’ll need demonstrable relevant experience and a track record of successfully managing substantial and complex property and / or investment projects. You’ll be fully up to date with MRICS membership. Finally, you’ll have a full clean driving licence to travel across sites.
