Location: One Friargate, Coventry, CV1 2GN

Salary: £36,153 - £42,806 per annum

Your Role

Located in the Commercial Property Team, you will be working with a team of Surveyors and Property Managers who manage Coventry City Council’s large mixed use commercial property portfolio.

You will be required to apply differing surveying and valuation practices in accordance with professional standards and the Council’s own policies and procedures.

Your background

As a successful candidate, you must be RICS qualified, have good working knowledge of both property valuations and property management to include Landlord and Tenant negotiations.
