Landlord & Tenant Surveyor

Our client, a property and planning consultancy offering comprehensive professional and agency services to clients throughout the UK, are looking to recruit a general practice Landlord and Tenant Surveyor.


Preferably based in Huntingdon, but this could be London or even Birmingham at a push, you’ll be responsible for conducting rent reviews and lease renewal instructions on a specific client’s commercial property portfolio, all located in the same town.  The portfolio includes retail, industrial and office properties.  With one graduate reporting into you, you’ll be responsible for overseeing their development.  You must be able to negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals, taking to court / arbitration if necessary.  You’ll manage landlord and tenant issues ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.  You’ll deal with service charge budgets and property / asset management, acquisitions and disposals and valuations.


You'll have RICS accreditation and proven experience in a similar role in the general commercial market however sector isn't all that important.  You must be a self-starter and able to manage your time effectively.
