As part of the regeneration team you will provide high quality, expert valuation and strategic asset management advice to the Council help deliver its development and regeneration objectives. You will also manage, motivate and train staff to achieve financial and service targets contributing to corporate objectives and meeting customer needs.

A driving license and access to own car is desirable
