PSD have been instructed by an Asset Management and Development business to fine an Interim Asset Manager to work across a UK wide logistics portfolio
The Interim Asset Manager will deliver
- Asset management and leasing services across logistics assets
- Investment Transactions, leading day to day on the UK asset sales process
- Instruct and manage all external advisers, outsourced service providers
- Reports and asset reviews for board, investors and banks
- Advising the appointed brokers, lawyers and technical advisers
- Transactional analysis on sales and purchases
