Job Details
Retailer need a PM /Building Surveyor to project manage a programme of building alterations due to Fire Risk.
International Retailer, based in the East Midlands, 3 day a week temporary contract.
As a result of a major Fire Risk assessment across the retail and manufacturing estate portfolio, there are building alterations needed to be carried out, due to non-compliance with Fire Regs. You will come up with solutions, produce full specifications and liaise with the contractor and project manage. This role will involve some travel throughout the UK and Northern Europe.
A competent and experienced Project Manager/Building Surveyor who has extensive project management experience, along with a a comprehensive understanding of UK Fire Regs.
This is a temporary contract based on working a 3 day week and is anticipated to last for up to 3 months.
The client is looking for someone to start in the next 2 weeks and who will be able to attend an interview w/c 14th Jan.
