Job Details
Our client, who are one of the most recognised names within development in the North West of England are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to their Sales team.
Ideally, you will have experience working for a local developer or estate agency where you will have had sold New Build / Off plan developments
Key Responsbilities:
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
- To progress secured reservations thru to completion
Our client, will allow you to work closely with a huge range of buyers, from a first time buyer to UK or Oversea Investors. This opportunity will provide you the chance to work in a very active area of the market / UK with huge earning potential on offer for you.
