A Construction Project Manager is required to deliver a range of exciting retail projects with the aim of creating modern sales environments.  Our client is a major global brand and operate a significant portfolio of edge-of-town and out-of-town standalone retail sites. 

The role will cover all aspects of in-house construction project management with a real focus on the delivery of projects on time and within budget.  Projects range from refurbishments through to new site developments. 

  • Manage the day to day construction project matters with a focus on controlling the construction project process from inception to operation
  • Responsible for the appointment and effective management of the design and construction teams
  • Report on progress and control the change process, regularly providing reports to the Property Director and key stakeholders

Candidates need to have a track record of construction project management from a retail environment.  You will have a property or construction related professional qualification or similar experience and be prepared to travel with the role.  Most projects will be in the South and Midlands.
