Residential Property Manager (Block Manager) - Manchester

An opportunity has become available for a person to join the residential property management team for a property consultancy.

You will be involved in a range of residential property management work, typically; writing budgets, setting service charges, tenant/client liaison, contractor’s insurance & health and safety matters.

This role would be suitable for you if you require flexible working hours, possibly part time, and only want to do a small amount of travel. The majority of the work is based in Manchester city centre, because the company likes to be hands-on with their clients in order to build good working relationships with them. In addition to this, the consultancy prides themselves on being particular about what buildings they take on. From city centre water front properties to much smaller converted barns, the properties always provide interesting work.

In terms of experience, you will already have a significant amount of residential leasehold/block management experience. However, consideration will be given to a less experienced candidate who is looking to forge their career into this area.
