A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Surveyor to join a friendly local authority property team based in Surrey.
Our local authority client is currently going through an exciting period of change and is looking for an additional resource with great commercial acumen to help manage the council's growing portfolio.
The ideal person will have some private sector experience along with a proven track record in delivery of property management and residential lettings. Experience in strategic asset management would also be desirable.
