This is a unique opportunity to join a UK leading retail property company who have a virtually unrivalled brand. The business is currently looking for an experience retail leasing manager who has a proven track record when dealing with high end retailers. The portfolio includes investments of over 50 prime shopping centres, retail parks and premium outlets. The business is focused on delivering high quality retail attractions for consumers, brands and commercial partners across the UK & Europe.

Your new role
As the Retail Leasing Manager you will be responsible for providing a varied tenant mix across the portfolio, to ensure growth in revenue and deliverance of the business plan objectives. You will be able to identify when a tenant is under performing in order to replace them and maximise potential income, refreshing the tenant mix and increasing Zone A tones, with a strong understanding of MSU's. This role will require you to work collaboratively across the departments; working with the lease admin team with the negotiation of Head of Terms, the Retail Delivery Team for shop fit and the Marketing team for press releases on assets. Both internal and external networking is a huge part of this role, meaning it is essential for the desired candidate to not only have a strong track record and retail network, but you must have high customer service and great skills in diplomacy

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a leasing agency position with a strong knowledge of retail lease advisory conducting lease renewals and rent reviews for a mix of retailers UK wide. You will be MRICs qualified with strong knowledge of leasing, legal and commercial terms. Most importantly you will be a team player who is ambitious and determined to succeed.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £75k with £6,250 car allowance, generous benefits and an annual bonus of up to 35% (21% personal performance & 14% company performance)
