Job Details
A leading property company head-quartered in the West Midlands has an urgent requirement for an experienced interim consultant within their property and asset management function. The organisation is looking to appoint on a 6-month rolling contract basis as soon as possible.
The business manages a significant portfolio of property and is looking for support covering rent and lease renewals, surrenders, re-gears, property and estates management. Overall you will contribute to the formation of the property plan and add value across the asset base.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be an experienced property surveyor with a background in estates / property management. It’s important you’re available at short notice and have confidence in your ability to “hit the ground running”.
