Residential Development Manager - Property Company

A highly successful residential development company are currently looking for a Development Manager capable of delivering large - scale, sector specific projects. This company uses their extensive and successful track record in relationship building and partnership working. Developing and Investing across North London, this highly reputable operation are looking to develop residential led sites with mixed use elements from initial feasibility to pre-app and submission.

The position will entail active project management, working on live schemes completely autonomously and identifying new business opportunities. Detailed knowledge of the planning system in London is also a prerequisite for the role along with an ability to liaise with local authorities.

Primary Job Responsibility:

• Managing the acquisitions process of residential development schemes and actively dealing with the obstacles that this creates. Implementing best practice in the construction industry and maintaining the highest standards of management in the process.
