My client are currently recruiting a newly qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor with good modelling and Microsoft excel skills to join their specialist operation.

This is a significant opportunity for a Surveyor to progress their career within a niche investment team that is part of a larger Real Estate Group. This company places a strong emphasis on providing an efficient valuation / appraisal service within the affordable housing sector. Full exposure and significant career progression guaranteed.

The successful candidate will be degree educated and ideally RICS accredited. Experience of valuing affordable housing and shared ownership would be beneficial but not a prerequisite. Residential exposure a must!
