Hays are working in partnership with a local commercial agent to recruit for a Chartered Surveyor to sit within their Professional Services department. This company is a long-established, independent, Belfast based property practice operating across Agency, Property & Asset Management and Professional Services in Northern Ireland.

Your new role
You will work as a Chartered Surveyor within the Professional Services and Agency departments. You will be tasked with a mix of duties suited to your experience and work with a range of clients and portfolios.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you should have a mix of experience within commercial agency and ideally be a registered Valuer. You should also be degree qualified with MRICS status. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and excellent client facing skills.
