Building Surveyor - Associate Level - Leeds

We are looking to recruit an Associate Level Building Surveyor for an independent Building Consultancy in Leeds.

This is a dynamic, friendly office with a good vibe, where the team are regularly rewarded with great incentives such as trips away- last month the whole team went to Marbella for a few days!

You will be joining the team in a leadership role, and acting as number two to the managing director, who will then be released to pursue an aggressive growth strategy for the company.

The Role:

The role will be focussed predominantly on professional work in the commercial sector, and within this role you will also manage and supervise other members of the Building Surveying team, the other Surveyors are generally more projects focussed.

This role would suit a person that wants to move away from a large corporate environment, into a more dynamic, expanding company that has a fantastic culture.

Requirements:

• MRICS with 3 years post qualification experience.
• Previous experience of working at Senior or Associate level.
• Ideally previous leadership/mentoring experience.
