Part or Newly Qualified Building Surveyor - Liverpool

A Building Surveying opportunity has arisen for an experienced graduate or recently qualified Building Surveyor to work for a large multi-discipline consultancy based form their Liverpool Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both Project and Professional work and thrives within a corporate environment where full support and guidance is provided.

You can expect to be involved in a variety of sectors and will take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion whilst delivering the building surveying instructions profitably and on time.

Duties will involve:

• Building Surveys for investment and occupational purposes
• Contract Administration
• Defect Analysis
• Dilapidations
• Party Wall Matters
• Project Monitoring role for investors, occupiers and institutions
• Project Manage new build and fit out projects

Requirements:

• MRICS or close to completion
• Commercial Surveying experience
• Good Appreciation for projects-based Building Surveying
