Associate Director – Property and Estate Management

PSD have been instructed to hire an Associate Director for Property and Estate Management for a UK residential property fund with a focus on generating income from purpose-built, professionally managed accommodation blocks.

Some of the responsibilities that this role will include;

• Financial oversight of all developments pre mobilisation
• Establishing as well as evolving efficient and sustainable living/community design principles
• Facilities management and oversight pre and post mobilisation
• Leading and overseeing the design and fit out of the amenity and commercial areas, liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders, property managers, developers, mobilisations team etc.
• Acting as a primary contact with the property management facilities management.
• Driving additional value by refining the ongoing residential and student developments. This could include working with partners to identify opportunities to increase the density of residential accommodation and/or amenity space from concept stage to final implementation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact with internal and external development and construction stakeholders
