Property Development Director - Somerset

A property development professional is required to work at a director level on an interim basis in Somerset

Your new company
As a Development professional, you will be joining an economic regeneration and development team who are responsible for the delivery of major regeneration projects in Somerset. You will be working alongside colleagues in a highly skilled team of project managers and regeneration professionals who have wider responsibility for development of sites across a considerable property portfolio.

Your new role
As a Development Director, you will lead on one of the most important regeneration projects located in the heart of Taunton in Somerset. This will include taking ownership of all initial enquiries or negotiations with regards to potential usage of the site, negotiating legal agreements and leading on stakeholder communication both internally and within the community.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this senior position, you will need to have client-side experience, or public sector knowledge from working with a consultancy. You will need to be commercially aware with the ability to be innovative in ideas which could be applied across all stages of a development process.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a 6 month full time contract paying a competitive daily rate dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications.
