Location: Watling House, Dunstable

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

More about the role:

Central Bedfordshire Council's Housing Property team require a Strategic Asset Manager to advise on the management of the Council’s Housing Asset (value: circa £1 billion, 5,500 homes, land, other buildings) to include demand-led strategies for investment (circa £10M per annum) ensuring optimal and sustainable use of the asset, as well as return from the investment and the potential for alternative use (e.g. re-development, asset disposal, etc.).
