Building Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor Level) – Edinburgh

A leading Property Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their central Edinburgh Office at Surveyor or Senior Level.

You will be a part of a wider Building Consultancy team of 10 surveyors who operate a clear business plan, which is devised by its own staff, meaning you will have a clear progression strategy in place.

A recent project being undertaken includes a £6m redevelopment of a retail park. Historically this consultancy works on large Commercial projects with high profile clients, whilst also conducting professional surveys allowing you the opportunity to take ownership of your own client network.

The Role:

You can expect to be dealing with Contract Administration, Project Management and dilapidations.

Requirements:

• MRICS Qualified in Building Surveying
• Commercial sector experience is essential
