Property Manager

We have been instructed by a close client of ours on a property management opportunity! The role is with a niche practice who have offices located across the United Kingdom. The company presents the perfect opportunity for candidates who have grown tired of the corporate lifestyle and desire a more traditional property management role!

The company are on a very small list of national practices with an office in Bury. Do you want to avoid the commute into the city? Please get in touch!

Core Duties:

• Maintaining an effective relationship with the various clients.
• Full and rounded delivery of the property management function.
• Set up new, and maintain old property management systems.
• Creation and reconciliation of service charge budgets.
• The role is a traditional property management role, focused on the on-site duties as well as the service charge management. The candidate will spend the majority of their time out on-site.

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate will have MRICS status.
• Previous service charge management is vital.
• Previous property management experience is fundamental
