Customer Care Manager -London Residential Developer

£30,000 - £40,000 + Company benefits

A fantastic opportunity exists to join a leading East London developer as a Customer Care Manager. The developer has a range of developments from high end flat schemes through to refurbishments and traditional housing.

You will be responsible for developing and owning good relations with Customers in London to ensure smooth progression of customer journey from contracts exchange through to occupation. To co-ordinate intermediate and end of defect work with subcontractors, residents and clients' agents/customers

You will have ,relative experience in a similar role or knowledge/experience of the property market preferable. You will be highly personable with strong communication skills and a very organised approach.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Managing, prioritising and logging calls for both intermediate and end of defect defects.
  • Providing first class service to our customers
  • Liaising with residents
  • Updating Management Database & spreadsheets
  • Assisting with incoming telephone queries
  • Updating customers
  • Assisting with general Admin requests
