Valuation Surveyor - Develop Diverse Valuations Skill-Set - Manchester

An opportunity has become available for a commercial valuation surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in Manchester, with a great opportunity to enhance your valuation skill-set.

Primarily, you will work within a team who specialise in commercial valuations for secured lending and accounts purposes. In addition, this role offers an opportunity to expand your skill-set, where you will get involved in trade related valuation work using discounted cashflow models. Previous experience of this area is not necessary and full training will be provided. Using these methods you will be valuing hotels and other businesses.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to join a well-established consultancy with a large number of ongoing instructions, thus, you will immediately be given interesting work to get involved with, alongside plenty of support and guidance, which will ultimately give you the opportunity to forge a strong career in a new area, and generate good bonuses.

Ideally you will be a registered valuer with 1-3 years PQE, however consideration will be given to candidates at other levels.
