An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a leading Development Consultancy in the North East.

This company are experiencing fantastic growth having recently won, and currently tendering for, high profile projects within the region. They are already on a number of framework agreements meaning you can expect to be dealing with a wide range of projects from inception to completion within the Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial Sectors.

Working alongside a team of 25, with a mix of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, the office environment is certainly a relaxed setting but with hard working individuals. You will be given full autonomy to lead projects and will be client focussed throughout.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in a Construction related degree or Project Management
  • Chartered with MRICS or MCIOB
  • Experience in the Education and Residential (student accommodation/PRS) sectors would be an advantage
