The Company
An established housebuilder in the South Yorkshire region is looking for an Architectural Manager to join its Technical team. This housebuilder has a focus on building quality homes whilst simultaneously regenerating and improving local communities. The quality of their product has become increasing more important as they work toward achieving 5-star status.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for-
- Coordinating all technical information on projects from inception to completion.
- Managing and supporting the staff within the Architectural team.
- Ensuring all work is to standard, within budget and delivered on time.
- Working alongside the Engineering team to ensure projects are completed as efficiently as possible.
- Reporting to the Head of Technical as well as offering support as and when necessary.
The Position
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a senior architectural position. This will be either for housebuilder or for architectural consultancy that works predominantly on residential projects.
