My client, a well-recognised independent brand are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join it's team based in Wimbeldon.

Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be provided specifically tailored towards sales and the current property market. If you enjoy recognition and strive to be the best at everything you do then this is the perfect opportunity to join a hugely successful and expanding Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will need to build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service, Identify client requirements and Have previous sales and customer service experience.

You will be in a sales environment, so having a competitive streak and being money motivated would certainly help!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer queries and registering new applicants and landlords
• Assessing and understanding landlords and applicants requirements
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Providing thorough and prompt feedback to landlords
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Canvassing for new business opportunities
• Providing impeccable customer service to all parties

The ideal candidate for this role should;:

• Have a keen interest in the property industry
• Be comfortable working to and exceeding sales targets
• Be highly motivated, efficient and dedicated
• Be committed, confident and composed under pressure
• Be a team player and build good relationships within the team
• Be a brand ambassador and represent the company to the highest standards
• Hold a Full UK driving license

A Brand new company car, competitive basic salary and an excellent commission structure will be provided.
