Job Details
My client is currently looking for 2 x Building Supervisors to assist the Operation Surveyors on the day to day responsibilities of an incredible estate.
The Role;
- Overseeing of day to day operations
- Make sure work is at a consistent high standard of quality control
- Instruct and advise internal and external contractors
- Oversee work being done by external contractors
- Pre and post-inspections of all works
- Provide administration support to Operation Surveyors
Requirements;
- Degree In a relevant discipline desirable however relevant experience considered
- Substantial property experience of occupied space
- Historic/Listed building experience beneficial
- Supervisory skills
- IT literate
- Written skills
