Senior Facilities Manager
Our client is a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, with a range of client portfolios across the UK. Together we are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to look after a portfolio of properties in the Newcastle region. You will be responsible for delivering a TFM service to these properties, whilst leading a small team of Facilities Managers. This role will involve ensuring site compliance, continuously looking at improvements and assist with the management and development of service charge budgets.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing FM delivery across multiple sites. Due to a number of technical issues we are seeking a candidate with a M&E qualification ideally with an electrical bias. An IOSH is desirable, as is experience in managing service charge budgets.
