Associate Quantity Surveyor - consultancy - Birmingham

Are you an Associate Director or Senior/Principal QS looking to make a step up to Associate Director? Are you MRICS and have a good network of contacts in the Midlands market? If so, then this role is for you!

The role:

Your overarching responsibilities will include providing high-quality professional advice to a number of retained clients, whilst further enhancing and supporting the company's growth plans. Portfolios that you will work on include residential, office, retail and industrial.

You will be/have:

• MRICS
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• Experience within a number of sectors, ideally including commercial, industrial and retail
• Client-facing, with excellent commercial acumen
