Job Details

Commercial Property Manager (Part time initially), Horsham

Are you looking to return to work or frustrated with the London commute?

An independent property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the business in Horsham, starting initially on a part time basis.

Following the recent successful tender of a large office block in Sussex a part time commercial property manager is required to join the business.

This is a new business line to the firm but with established divisions in Agency, Professional Services and Building Consultancy this will likely grow fairly rapidly.

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for:-

  • Client & tenant liaison
  • Set service budgets & rent collection

In order to be considered for this role you will have prior experience of commercial property management

This is a great opportunity to join an established independent regional practice in a growing business line.

Please contact George on 07825 380 252.
