The Company

Based in the West End, the team specialises in providing advice on a diverse range of projects to some of the biggest residential developers in London and the South East.

The company provides investment and appraisal advice to developers - on high profile and strategic sites. This includes regular advice to developers purchasing development land, landowners selling development land, carrying out valuations and negotiating on developers’ behalf. In the event of disputes, the Partners also regularly provide Expert Witness evidence, which requires assistance from junior staff members.

Role Specifics

The key aspect of this role will be cradle to grave development advice, including viability assessments. This work will include detailed appraisal analysis, report writing and negotiations with local authorities.

The company are looking for someone to join the team that is hard-working, client-facing and passionate about the real estate industry.

All applicants must be MRICS qualified.

Remuneration

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, talented individual to be a part of a successful, forward-thinking and sociable practice. You'll be offered a basic salary package ranging between £40,000 - £52,000 per annum for this role, depending on experience.
