Quality Manager

Our client is one of the biggest residential developers in London, with expansion plans which will take them to the South of England, Midlands and North West. They are seeking a technically-minded, proactive and personable Quality Manager to ensure that new homes are delivered and maintained to an outstanding level throughout the development delivery process. This role would be perfect for a Senior Site Manager with a sunny disposition who is committed to providing exceptional customer service in everything they do.

Working closely with the Aftercare and Defects teams across a defined area, we are looking for a solid man-manager who has in-depth understanding of construction technology relating to residential developments. You may have come from a client-side surveying or site management background, and will have a detailed knowledge of current building regulations, alongside the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Positively managing a technical team and continuously contributing to the providing high levels of customer satisfaction at all stages of the delivery process will be core elements of this role. We are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, demonstrating a proven track record of working for a main contractor, developer or housing provider in a similar field of mixed tenure projects.
