Job Details
A small Peer to Peer (P2P) backed lender is looking to grow its team following a successful year in 2018 where they were able to launch and establish themselves in the market. Following on from this they are now looking to hire a Business Development Manager to work alongside the Directors and Head of Sales to further their expansion.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1+ year of business development experience in either Bridging, Development Finance, Buy-to-Let or Commercial Lending where they can use their experience and knowledge of the market to succeed. Having developed a network of industry contacts will also be of use.
The role will entail:
- Generating Bridging and Development Finance loans that match the clients lending criteria
- Using and expanding ones network of introducers
- Attending networking events and spreading the companies name in the market
The right candidate will:
- Have at least 1 year of Business Development experience within the Bridging or Development Finance space
- Ideally within a bank or alternative lender
- A network of contacts that they contact
- Want to get involved within a growing company and have a clear pathway to promotion
This role is paying a salary up to £45,000 with a bonus/commission structure on top.
