Project Manager with client-side construction and project delivery experience required in Somerset

Your new company
As a Project Manager you will be joining a client-side consultancy who are award winning in their approach and also in their results. Your new company are a strategic partnership, working on a wide range of construction projects specifically within the education sector.

Your new role
As a professional project manager you will become an expert at working in a partnership which sits between client and contractor. You'll be working on a full range of project based tasks including proactive reviews and planning of agendas, managing project budgets, liaising with stakeholders including architects, and undertaking contract negotiations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this varied role, you should have previous experience within Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Design Management. You'll need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills as well as excellent business and administrative skills.

What you'll get in return
In return for successfully achieving your new role, you will be offered a £40,000 salary which will be paid to you as a daily rate, PAYE. You'll be rewarded with a 37 hour per week contract and will be able to take advantage of 27 days annual leave per year, excluding bank holidays.
