Your new role

Working within the universities estates department your role will be client facing, on areas such as retail units and restaurant refurbishments as well as existing building extension works. Your role will be interesting, working with a different array of buildings from old to new. Projects will be of a value up to 5 million, with generous budgets for the work that needs to be completed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience managing projects within the construction or/and commercial property sector
• Capability and proven experience to work on small to large projects without assistance from managers
• Able to demonstrate previous work and values and passion within their field
• Strong attention to detail
• Fantastic communication skills
• Preferably Chartered (RICS/CIOB)
• Equivalent Degree
