Office Coordinator and Lettings Negotiator -South West London

We are currently representing a very successful private landlord and property business in South West London who is looking to hire an experienced property administrator who is happy to assist the lettings team.

The company is fantastic, they have a highly regarded property management team and with strong branding and a fantastic presence in the Clapham, Battersea and Putney areas are now looking to bolster their team.

Job Duties will involve:

  • Maintain the reception area
  • Maintain publications, print-outs and property detail brochures held in reception area.
  • Provide appropriate publications or print outs to visitors
  • Register applicant details where appropriate
  • Conduct viewings as and when needed
  • Answer the switchboard line and direct calls appropriately.
  • Enter new property data into database and prepare standard letters and reports.
  • Prepare and coordinate property details
  • Order property photographs and floor plans from marketing department where appropriate.
  • Prepare appropriate property details for weekly advertising and submit to marketing department.
  • Manage keys for properties.
  • Prepare invoices
  • Prepare e-mail to Moving Experience detailing seller and purchaser details and property value on exchange and tenants on move in.
  • Prepare necessary reports and information for weekly meetings. Attend and participate in weekly meeting.
  • Document photocopying, filing, faxing and e-mailing as requested.
  • Manage stationery levels, prepare stationery orders and check and unpack deliveries

The ideal candidate will have some administrative or front of house experience - experience in property is by no means essential. Being involved within the lettings function is of the utmost importance, the company privately owns the portfolio so you will be conducting viewings with potential new tenants for the portfolio.

This is a fast moving role where you will be supporting a busy team making it challenging yet exciting, to succeed and enjoy you must be able to handle pressure well, be highly organised and a strong team player. You will need to show initiative, be confident and professionally presented with a keen interest in the property sector.

Packages: £20,000 Basic with an additional £10,000 in Bonuses and commissions, Pool Car and some Saturdays will be involved but very limited and based on a rota system
