Description

As the successful candidate, you will be expected to:

• Undertake Lease advisory instructions for existing and new clients from the Birmingham office,

• Ensure projects and reports are delivered on time,

• Maintain good day to day relationships with clients and colleagues,

• Contribute to business development assignments and represent the business in a positive light.

Profile

As the incoming Lease Advisory Surveyor, you will ideally have:

• Experience in a similar role

• Strong negotiation skills

• Good presentation and marketing skills

• Good commercial awareness

• Good communication skills

• Excellent time management

• Business and report writing experience

• RICS Membership, though this is not essential
