Are you an experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator with an interest in Residential Development? 

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator role with an internationally recognised Estate Agent, based in Central London!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: 

  • Have at least 12-months experience in Resi Sales or Lettings 
  • Have a proven track record in Estate Agency 
  • A keen interest in the Res Dev market 
  • Enjoy working to targets & commission 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hugely successful Sales department, selling off-plan, new Developments across London. 

Our client is offering £20,000 basic, OTE £45,000 + travel card Zones 1-6.
